1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Malaysia and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@nature-ceuticals.com for assistance.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM (MYT) will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Shipping Charges

Domestic shipping (Malaysia): Calculated at checkout
International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

All import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

Please contact the courier first using your tracking number.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. NatureCeuticals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
