Refund Policy

At NatureCeuticals, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email sales@nature-ceuticals.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
